Personally, overseeing the design and construction, Srila Prabhupada invited the Lord to come and accept the worship of His devotees from across the globe. He expressed, "Lord Balaram is the source of spiritual strength, and I have built this temple just to give strength to the devotees." Today, the Sri Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir is a thriving spiritual centre. Pilgrims from around the world flood through its gates every day of the week. Interestingly, the large green government signs along the highway leading to Vrindavan guide visitors to only two temples: Banke Bihari and ISKCON. You can take part in entire day activities performed at Temple complex. Various aartis are performed including Samadhi Aarti, Tulsi aarti, Sandhaya Aarti, Pushpa aarti and Shayan Aarti.

Opening time of ISKCON temple is from 4:10 am in the morning when you can have darshan of idols and witness shringar, morning aarti and bhog ceremonies. The temple remains open every day of week with a 3 hours break in the afternoon. ISKCON temple closing time is approx. 9 pm in the evening followed by shayan aarti.
